Returns & Cancellations

At Atpata Funky, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and cancellation policy below to understand how we can assist you.

Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong/Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Kindly report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at rangrangilomarket@gmail.com or WhatsApp your Order No. to us on +919870037906. Our customer care team will guide you through the process of returning the item for a refund or replacement, provided there is a valid reason. Failure to report within 24 hours may result in the inability to replace or exchange the order.

  2. Unopened/Unused Items: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that you use a reliable courier service with tracking options, as we can process replacements only upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after deducting the actual shipping and handling charges. The refunded amount will be credited to the same mode of payment used during checkout. Please allow 3-5 business hours for the refund to reflect in your account, provided your case has been approved and your bank / refund information is correct.

Items Not Eligible for Refund/Return:

  • Balloons (latex or foil)
  • Fun face wear (teeth, moustaches, beard, fangs, makeup, or other costume accessories)
  • LED items (tested at our end, but may require battery replacement upon arrival)
  • Wigs
  • Personalized items (unless incorrect due to manufacturer error)

Cancellations:

Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped and receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, customers can still return the product, but they will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
